"Always interested in lettering, the artists combine pop stripes with free form psychedelic lettering, printed in what was to become a characteristic use of metallic and Day-Glo inks. These two artists were introduced by Joe Boyd and began creating UFO posters together under the name Hapshash and the Coloured Coat."
