Jim Mooney is currently teaching at the Royal College of Art. His watercolour, an relatively early work, shows eroticised, possibly mythic, figures in a landscape, prefiguring the themes of his later work, which foreground ideas about touch and intimacy.

Physical description

A dream-like vision in which several naked figures are entwined in the foreground and above (the same?) figures are shown falling to earth, with mountains and a building behind.
