This plaster relief represents three cherub heads, the middle head with wings outstretched and those on the sides with wings curved below their heads. The relief sits in a wooden frame of slightly later date (ca. 1890). It is related to the bronze frieze on the Wellington Monument in St. Paul's Cathedral, London, and was probably used as a model in casting the finished bronze.

This relief is associated with the frieze on the Wellington monument. It is possibly one of the two of the casts which were used in casting the final bronze relief.
