Artist/Maker
Place of origin

Jealous Print Studio established a Graduate Prize in 2009. A prize is awarded to one MA Fine Art graduate from each of the eight major London colleges; The Royal Academy, The Royal College of Art, Goldsmith’s, Camberwell, Central St Martin’s, The Slade, Chelsea and Wimbledon. The winning graduates are awarded an all-expenses paid residency in their print studios. Guided by their studio team, each graduate creates a new limited edition print. The portfolio of each year’s graduate prints is then shown together in a group exhibition. Jealous is donating all the Graduate editions to the V&A print collection.

Sean Penlington graduated from Chelsea College of Art and Design with an MA in Fine Art in 2013. His work is largely concerned with the history of paintings and how it affects and informs practice today. His work is often structured by visual jokes based on perception.
