The poster is printed in black on a background that graduates left to right from yellow through orange to pink. The event details are printed above and below the central image, and reads, 'Bill Graham presents in San Francisco B. B. King, Albert King, Mendelbaum. Lights by Crimson Madness. May 21-22-23-24 Fillmore West'. The word 'West' fits within the 'O' of 'Fillmore'.

There is a little folding at the lower left corner.
