The poster depicts a drawing of a oman wearing a cloak decorated with an eye-like device, which makes the cloak take on a face-like appearance. A circle with a cresent moon at its centre looms in front of him. The event details appear on the man's cloak, which merges into the border, and are written in a stylised black text. The lettering reads, 'Bill Graham presents in San Francisco Miles Davis, Ernie Bishop Group, Mandrill. Lights by Orb. Fillmore West 6-7-8-9- May'. The poster is printed in black orange and white. This poster appears to be intended as a companion for E.488-2004; both are printed in the same colours and feature opposite elements.
