Object history
The 1912 entry in the Museum Ledger records the following description: 'Hatra (Northern Mesopotamia): Winter Palace, interior of upper room [Date c. I-II centy. A.D.]'. This photograph is part of a set of forty-two prints (1626 to 1667-1912) presented by Gertrude Lowthian Bell, the photographer.
