Physical description
Costume design for Corbaccio. Full length elderly androgynous figure leaning on two walking sticks, and wearing a black Elizabethan style full length robe with 'farthingale' skirt, the puff sleeves, neck and front decorated with 'pearls'; a ruff, a plumed hat with 'pearl' decoration and a pendant with a gold foil star. Signed and dated. On the reverse is a second design for the character, a more masculine figure with a long grey beard, dressed in a black calf length robe.
