These marbles were found on the banks of the River Thames by a professional 'Mudlark'. They are examples of late nineteenth century marbles, and are all almost completely plain. They are made of a stone, and therefore the colourings that are visible are naturally occurring.

A selection of spherical marbles made from a variety of naturally coloured stone. The colours featured include reds, blacks, greys and creams. They are in a variety of sizes.
