This image is of Balaji (Hanuman) as he is represented in the town of Salasar in Rajasthan. It is a photographic reproduction of an actual temple deity, the face of the deity has been printed over in bright red and the features defined in black. The image is adorned with jewellery and there is a tray of floral offerings in front.
