Print depicting the singer Jenny Lind, half-length portrait. Inscription at the base of the portrait reads: 'Born at Stockholm Oct 1821, where she made her first Appearance in Alice in Robert de diable. Arrived in London and Appeared at Her Majesty's Theatre May 4 1847: creating great sensation in the Presence of two Queens, the Royal Family and the Nobility of England with distinguished approbation.'
