His hands are cupped and holding cereal seeds, such as wheat, which spill and fall. The composition is entirely in blue and olive, with black areas. Above this image is the message, 'Health is Wealth', in red letters, and below the figure, 'United Nations', and in a larger font, 'World Health Organization'.
