Etching, Tipografi, Studio di costume(Typography, Study of costume) after a stage design by Giacomo Balla, one of a portfolio of nine prints of Balla's theatre designs published under the title Progetti scenici per ‘sintesi futuriste’ 1915/1925 (Set Designs for Futurist Syntheses), with an introduction by Elica Balla, text by Guido Balla, and a one-page authentication of each print signed by Luce and Elica Balla. Giacomo Balla (1871-1958) was a leading figure in the Futurist movement. His work included painting, sculpture and design.
