Victoria Browne is a printmaker and book artist (and the founder of Kaleid Editions). This print comes from an ambitious series of prints which use the difficutl colour reduction lino-cut process. Browne researched the technique by studying historic examples in public collections, including the V&A. This print is an outstanding piece, technically accomplished and evidence of Browne’s mastery of colour. The motifs in the series are inspired by topiary.
