Patch 'Swan Lake' Outfit, made in 1966. This is Patch's full ballet outfit and headband. The headband, made from fabric flowers, would be later reissued in the 1973 'Supershow' outfit.

Physical description

Patch 'Swan Lake' satin ballet dress and knickers to be worn with sheer nylon tights and a flowered headband. The ballet shoes are plastic with cords attached to tie around the neck, or to secure to the feet.
