Marko Matysik (b.1967) is a fashion designer, illustrator and contributing editor to Vogue. Since the early 2000s he has been making personal scrap books compiled of notes, photographs and sketches of the models and designers backstage at fashion shows, aiming to record the whole process by which the model prepares to step out onto the runway. After editing the photographs, with his assistant in London, and collaging them into hardback sketchbooks these scrap books are sent to Vogue's around the world before being returned to the designer.
