"Yet She must die, else shell betray more men" is printed below. The quote is from Act 5 scene 2 of William Shakespeare's Othello.
In the print, the characters of Othello and Desdemona are depicted as monkeys.
The caricature may be of John Philip Kemble who played Othello at the time.
