Painted fairground showfront cloth advertising Madame Vesta's Grand Classical Exhibition, the lettering in white and gold on a green background with, to right, a female figure with flowing hair, wearing an Eastern-inspired costume with bolero and diaphanous knee-length skirt, balancing on one foot and striking a pose. Round the edges of the canvas are painted gold scrolls and leaf-shapes and pink and white roses. Wooden batons at top and bottom.
