Front: celluloid sewn onto card back, die stamped design in gold, pink and green of aeroplanes, globes, a radio transmitter, good luck charms, clasped hands, flowers, and a diamond ring, lettered within the design Sweet Thoughts / And True. Inside: paper insert lettered with verses and greeting printed in grey, inscribed with dedication and signature handwritten in black ink.
