Physical description

Rectangular folder card (landscape format) trimmed with a pale blue ribbon edged with dark blue. Front: central panel with embossed gold metal bells against a pale blue marble-effect backgound within a gold border, lettered to top left of the central panel RING OUT / THE OLD and to bottom right RING IN / THE NEW decorated with bell motifs die stamped in dark blue. Inside: lettered with verse and greeting printed in purple.
