Costume design for a Watermelon Seller (Pasteque Seller) by an unidentified designer, early 20th century
Physical description
Design depicting an elderly woman seated on a chair beside a table, the table and sitter shaded by a large turquoise parasol. On the table are woven trays containing melon slices and fruit. A tray and a basket, both holding melons, are on the ground. On the wall behind is a poster on which part of the word 'Seville' can be seen.
