Jar and cover, made of opaque yellow overlaid with red glass; globular body with projecting base ring, short cylindrical neck and flat-topped cover. The body is decorated with flowering plants in four medallions and with a border of ruyi sceptre-heads around the shoulder. On the sides are four quatrefoils in panels and on the top is the character shou (longevity).
