Blizzard Pass & H.A.R.D.

Computer Game
1987 (released)
Artist/Maker
Place of origin

This software was published by Tynesoft, a UK based programming firm who published a few titles in the mid-1980s. This compilation of two of their games was published in 1987. Blizzard Pass was a text adventure game (a game in which the player types directions and reads what the consequences are) and H.A.R.D., a Shoot-Em-Up in which your character is a Roboid Destroyer wiping out aliens. The cassette-based software took several minutes to load, unlike the near instantaneous cartridge or today's optical discs, which meant a long wait in anticipation before being able to play.
