Poster encouraging safety at work depicting the shadowy figure of a man below a suspended crate. The man, with arms outstretched, casts a long shadow across the floor, and the crate above him is tied with rope, and suspended from an unseen point. The whole poster is printed in grey and brown. Towards the top of the image, printed in white and brown letters, on the side of the crate, is the slogan, ‘Suspended loads’, and under the image, 'stand from under’. The artist has signed himself, 'Eckersley' at the bottom of the image. The poster is tall and narrow.
