Although he is not a scientist, science informs Cordier’s work: the question of nanostructures, for instance, objects that exist on the molecular scale. ‘To explore a chemigram,’ he says, ‘you often need eagle eyes, a magnifying glass or a microscope. Sometimes, a seemingly insignificant detail reveals a whole world. Like the messages hidden by spies in the dot of an i.’ |
