The poster shows the commemorative portrait of the White Russian general Mikhail Alekseyev, the founder and the Supreme leader of the Volunteer Army. The Army was created in the beginning of the Russian Civil War in order to fight with the Bolshevik Red Army. Both sides were equally cruel and left countless dead.
