White plastic trolley with triangular frame supporting two circular trays. The frame is double section held together by round screw-in studs at the top and bottom of each of the three verticals. There are chrome and black plastic castors at the base of each vertical.

Purchased by the V&A Circulation Department from Victor Mann & Co. [73/2684]
Historical context
This trolley was awarded the Major Macef award at the Milan International Exhibition in 1969. Its citation read: 'First prize awarded to this product for the simplicity of the design, and economic use of the moulds, as only two were required. Its easy assembly and its packaging is extremely efficient'.

The trolley was manufactured in a range of colours: black, white, orange or yellow.
