A painted seascape is a fitting backdrop for this portrait of the Queen wearing the Admiral’s Boat Cloak. The Queen held the office of Lord High Admiral of the Navy from 1964 to 2011. In June 2011, she gave the title to her husband Prince Philip, to mark his ninetieth birthday.
