Queen Elizabeth II, Buckingham Palace 1968 The Queen posed in the Admiral’s Boat Cloak on one of the sunny balconies overlooking the inner courtyard of Buckingham Palace. Shortly after the sitting, Beaton returned to the Palace to photograph Prince Charles in the same location. Gelatin silver print V&A: Ph.1963-1987 (2012)
