This production of The Lady of the Rose was a musical play in three acts. Adapted by Frederick Lonsdale from the book, Die Frau im Hermelin, by Rudolph Schanzer and Ernest Welisch. Lyrics by Harry Graham and music by Jean Gilbert. Produced by Fred J. Blackman. It premiered at Daly's Theatre on 21st February 1922.

Costume design for a chorus woman in The Lady of the Rose at Daly's Theatre. Female figure in a green dress and cape, and a green hat with white lace drapped over the top. Signed. A length of gauze is pinned around the edge of the millboard framing the image. Fabric samples stuck to millboard.
