Object history
Peter Docherty (1944-) is a prolific artist who has worked extensively in ballet. In his capacity as director of Central St Martin's Theatre Design Course he has influenced a generation of theatre designers. For this production of The Sleeping Beauty, Docherty worked with the choreographer, Ronald Hynd, with whom he has collaborated for over twenty years. See S.40 to S.76-1998.
