Fukusa (gift cover) of silk gauze, embroidered with a pattern of lozenges enclosing, in alternate diagonal rows, Chinese characters and checker patterns. Black, green, red, yellow, on ground predominately beige. Lined scarlet silk crepe, with a spray of pine embroidered in green in one corner, and a roundel of leaf design in gold in the opposite corner. Thin scarlet tassel in each corner.
