Greetings Card

2008 (made)
Artist/Maker
Place of origin

This 2008 Christmas card from British artists David Ward and Judy Adam gives a contemporary twist to the winter scenes traditionally depicted on Christmas cards. An almost abstract photographic image of falling snow against a sunset sky has been digitally printed onto heavy handmade paper with a deckle edge - subtly referencing the textured paper and pinked edges of 'artistic' mass-produced cards.
