| Physical description | The volume has to be turned on its side so that the designs can be seen in the right direction. Leaf of three different, designs laid out in a horizontal format at regular intervals on cream-coloured laid paper without a watermark. Each design is one, wide line of decoration in pen and brown ink including respectively in order: interlacing lines arranged into knots and loops, with their internal spaces filled in with yellow-ochre with more circular knots at the right end of the line, filled in with green or yellow-ochre; a double undulating stem of acanthus forming central lozenge-shaped reserves filled in with green and 'S'-shaped loops filled in with yellow-ochre; scrolling acanthus with internal spaces filled in with yellow-ochre. |
