Object history
The poster also advertises a benefit for Mr. W. Harrison on 16 March 1863. The collection also includes the poster for 11th, 12th and 14th of March 1863. See S.702-1995. The poster notes that there was no charge for booking or fees to box-keepers. Associated Production: Sonnambula (opera by Vincenzo Bellini), Freya's Gift (lyricist: John Oxenford, composer: G.A. Macfarren. This masque was an allegorical story in honour of the nuptials of the Prince of Wales and Princess Alexandra). Composer: Arthur Sullivan. Performers: Mr. W.H.
