Poster
ca. 1890 (made)
Artist/Maker
Place of origin

When Miss Cashmore appeared at the prestigious London Hippodrome in May 1901 her act was classified in the theatre programme as a 'Sport Act' as it is on this poster. Like many Variety performers Miss Cashmore would have had her own posters printed that could be sent to theatre managers to secure bookings. In this case hers was a particularly large and spectacular poster, printed in Copenhagen.
