The Lyceum Theatre in Wellington Street was built in 1765, alterations were made to the building in 1816 by Samuel Beazley. It is unclear whether these plans are from 1816 or at another point in the building's history. It is also unclear whether this is an original drawing by Beazley or whether it is a copy drawn by James Winston.
