Complimentary ticket to admit three to the Stalls at the Royal Marionette Theatre, in the Adelaide Gallery, Adelaide Street, near the Strand in London. The theatre had opened on 12th January 1852 and the ticket probably dates from this time. The first performances were by Signor Brigaldi's marionettes in 'operas, burlesques, vaudevilles, ballets and spectacles'.
