Beer Street; Engraving print on paper; Second state with the Blacksmith, who has a shoulder of mutton in the hand [In the first state the Butcher holds a Frenchman up in the air] introduced instead of the figure of the Frenchman; Designed to be viewed alongside 'Gin Lane' (see DYCE.2773).
