The front sheet features a three small illustrations. At the centre is an image of a gentleman in a double breasted black coat, white gloves and a white bowtie. His head is tilted to the one side, his palm's together and his hair stiffly parted. In the top left hand corner a man in country dress of waistcoat, cap and red neckerchief is wrestling with a cow. In the bottom right hand corner a tall woman walks arm in arm with a portly gentleman in uniform. She is dressed in a plumed hat and red dress and the pair are walking past an open tent. Behind this tent is a young man who appears to be spying on the couple.

The back sheet is printed with a list of Francis, Day and Hunter's 'Latest Vocal Successes of One Shilling Novelties' its inner cover is printed with the lyrics for the song and music and words for the first verse and chorus.
