The front sheet has colour lithograph of the singer Harry Randall drawn by Alfred Concacen. Randall is dressed in checked trousers, a yellow waistcoat and long black overcoat. He is also wearing white gloves and carrying an oversized handkerchief in his left hand.

The back sheet is printed with an extract from Caroline Lowthian's Crosspatch Polka and its inner cover is printed with the lyrics for the song.

Outer cover of the sheet music for Later On. The front of the sheet is illustrated with a central colour image of a gentleman dressed in checked trousers, a yellow waistcoat and a long black jacket. He also wears a pair of white gloves, a black hat and neckcloth and carries a large handkerchief in his right hand.
The inside cover of this outer sheet is printed with the final section of the music for the song and the lyrics. The outside cover of the back sheet is printed with an extract from Caroline Lowthian's Crosspatch Polka.
