The front sheet features a central illustration of a gentleman in yellow breeches, yellow jacket and pale pink waistcoat, he is also wearing a blue and white spotted neckerchief and a yellow hat trimmed with a pale blue ribbon. He is standing with both hands upraised, palms forward and one leg angled behind the other.

The back sheet is printed with Hopwood&Crew's 'Bulletin of New Music'. The spine is bound with dark blue silk tape.
