The front sheet is covered in a pale blue wash. At its centre is an illustration of a man, most probably Pat Rafferty, who is credited with having sung the song with 'the greatest possible success'. This man is dressed in a top hat, black jacket and pale blue striped trousers, with a pale red and blue striped waistcoat and green neckerchief. The central illustration is surrounded by 3 smaller illustrations of scenes from the song.

The back sheet is printed with a list of Francis, Day & Hunter's 'Newest Comic Songs', its inner cover is printed with the lyrics for the song.
