This lion cub belonged to the donor all of his remembered life, and was originally given to him when he was very young, possibly on the occasion of his birth, in the early 1930's. It is made from beige plush, which has been stuffed and the front legs strengthened by wire. The fur has worn away in some places and the nose is missing. The head swivells through 360 degrees.

Physical description
A beige plush lion cub in a seated position with a head that swivels through 360 degrees, tail, brown plastic eyes with black pupils, with stitching on the front paws representing claws and a downturned mouth; the nose is missing, and the plush is worn around the paws, nose and chin and in patches on the tail; some stuffing is also missing in the front left leg.
