Entitled Plate Number 4, 'Mr Gandal' , this images is an engraving of a dancer dressed in a white full skirted gown, trimmed with garlands of blue flowers. The white sleeves end in frills at the elbow to reveal tight blue sleeves beneath. the dancer also wears blue shoes and a headress of blue and white feathers. Harry Beard Collection.

Cross referencing this plate with the contents list suggests that the costume was worn in the 1749 production of Hippoméne et Atalante. An opera-ballet in which the words were provided by Brunet and the music by Vachon.
