Title-page; With a three-quarter length portrait of Queen Christina of Sweden in an oval frame of laurel, in the centre of a panel of ornament, having a lion on one side and a lioness on the other; Print on paper; Inscribed 'R. V. I. in Vat.-Petrus Aquila del. Scul'.

This is the first title-page for a set of prints made of Raphael's frescoes in the Loggie of the Vatican, entitled 'Imagines Veteris ac Novi Testamenti a Raphaele'. Seventeen of these prints, inclusive of titles, are in the V&A collection, see DYCE.1490 to 1506.
