This poster celebrates Soviet patriotism. Published during the Cold War, it was issued in much the same spirit as American patriotic propaganda: it was designed to instil national and ideological pride in its citizens. The representation of the baby looking up the Soviet crest poignantly reminds the viewer that Soviet values were ingrained from a very early age.
