Mrs Park Young Sook is a distinguished ceramic artist who lives and works near Seoul. Her monumental globular porcelain vessels in the style of 18th century ceremonial jars are widely represented in private and public collections internationally. This plain porcelain plate with a wide rim is signed 'Park 2009' on the base. Its pure, refined clay has joined perfectly with the glaze during firing.
