This is a presentation drawing for the client, Harold Samuel, for the interior of the owner's bedroom at 75 Avenue Road, London NW8. It is by Oswin Bateman-Brown who worked for the decorating firm of Lenygon & Morant which designed interiors in the 1950s and 1960s. The antique dealers, H. Blairman & Sons and the decorating firm of Lenygon & Morant collaborated on interior design during this period. Together, they integrated new décor and antiques for clients as in this interior design. It includes antique furniture which would have been supplied by H. Blairman & Sons.
