Physical description

Collar and cuffs of pleated muslin, with embroidered insertions (radiating on the collar) of dark blue cotton. They are decorated with wavy floral stems and a row of pointed leaves along the edge. They are trimmed with scalloped Midland Counties pillow lace of an interlaced design.
